Based in Sileby, Leicestershire, our modern veterinary hospital is one of the largest in the region, providing a wide range of first opinion and referral services for small pets, exotics and horses.
Many of our team have been with us for years, demonstrating the great working environment and relationships we have developed.
Our facilities
We have full surgical, diagnostic and hospitalisation facilities at our hospital, meaning we can manage varied caseloads on both a first-opinion and referral basis.
If you have a passion for emergency and critical care, we also run our own 24-hour small animal and equine emergency services.
Develop your career with us
We actively encourage extra training and qualifications, and have team members who have completed diplomas and RCVS certificates in areas such as surgery, exotics and internal medicine.
For example, our veterinary surgeon, Lewis Smith, is one of the few holders of the RCVS diploma in equine soft tissue in the UK.

Equine work placements & extra-mural studies (EMS)
Chine House Equine Hospital offer a limited number of work experience placements of one-week duration to school and college students, over 16 years of age, with a keen interest in equine and veterinary matters. This can be arranged independently or through your educational institution.
